The Wehrau Viaduct, a three-span arch bridge, carries the double-track railway line 1040 over the Aukamp municipal road and the Wehrau stream. Built in 1913/14, the viaduct was partially renovated in 2020 with a reinforced concrete roadway trough. It has a total length of 89 m and a width of approximately 10.4 m between the railings. The central span has a clear width of 24.0 m, and the two side spans each have a clear width of 23 m. The clearance above road level is approximately 22.6 m, and the clearance of the outer arches is approximately 11 m.
The bridge has shallow foundations on concrete footings. The abutments and piers are made of concrete and are faced with red Rathenow clinker bricks above ground level. The 9-meter-wide and 2.07- to 1.16-meter-thick arch shell is constructed of hard-fired bricks and is also faced with Rathenow clinker bricks. Up to 6-meter-high and 2.60- to 0.65-meter-wide abutment walls rise from the sides of the arch. The arch shells are filled with concrete above the piers and abutments to create a level surface for the drainage of rainwater.
