<br>The Rudolf Wissell bridge crosses the trackage located in the Spree Valley S -, U - and mainline services, as well as the Spree between freight yard Charlottenburg and Siemensdamm in the course of the highway. The longest with 930 m Bridge in Berlin was built between 1958 and 1961 under the name of North West arch bridge and bears the name of the Reich Labour Minister and anti-fascist Rudolf Wissell (1869-1962) since late 1963. The imposing building on 12 pillars is up to 16 m high. It is part of one of the highest motorway sections in Germany with the frequency of more than 120 000 vehicles per day.
