donated in 1882 by the tobacco merchant Theodor G. Hoffmann and executed by the architect Christian Bummerstedt pedestrian bridge, with stone pillars and art wrought iron railings. The bridge was severely damaged during the second world war and in 1949 according to Park Director Riggers replaced by a bridge clad with brickwork.
