 Wikipedia:
The fish bridge is located in the District of Tirschenreuth (Oberpfalz). With their ten bays it is modeled after the world famous stone bridge in Regensburg. The bridge was built between 1748 and 1750 with a length of approximately 92 metres from the Builder and construction Director of the monastery of Waldsassen, Philipp h. bloomstone.

The statue of the Roman goddess of agriculture, the marriage and the death of Ceres and the Roman goddess of Justice and law Justitia are located in the middle of the bridge.

The fish bridge leads to the fish farm, the today's Tirschenreuth District Court and seat of the bailiff. Earlier, the building complex was a tithe Court of the monastery of Waldsassen, Tirschenreuth was surrounded by two landscaped large ponds, located on an island. Under the bridge flows the Mühlbach and the network stream, two branches of the Waldnaab.

Within the framework of the small State Garden Show nature in the city the historical city pond was created by 2013 again and removed the industrial wasteland. So after more than 200 years, the bridge is back in the water.
