    About leading railway line runs from Lapeyrouse to VOLVIC. Concession to build already in 1883 on the Compangie chemins de fer Paris Orleáns granted. Construction period 1901 to 1909; designed by Félix Virard, built by Gustave Eiffel.<br>Brick pillars.<br>Built by the Société française de contructions mécaniques (formerly j.-F. Cail). Effectively served as a model in the construction of viaduct over the Tardes at Evaux-les-Bains (DEP. Creuse), which was built in 1884 also by Eiffel.<br>(Information provided by Erhard green)
