    One of the pillars the Nicholas chapel was built on upper power (first 1460 mentioned). There are sculptures of the guilds of the funded the construction of the cloth merchants and rafters in the chapel. In 1635 an abutment was renewed, 1673 arcades to the chapel were added. in 1726, the bridge was expanded. in 1732 a pillar collapsed partially, probably by flooding. in 1742, a flood damaged the bridge again. As a flood of 1824 and 1828 ice, flood of 1883 and Gollancz repair was completed here in 1926. Also in 1949/1950 was renewed until 1973 recorded the traffic a neighbouring road bridge and the bridge basic renovated 1975-76 passed the pedestrian traffic.<br>The bridge consists of three 7.20 m wide circular arches with klichten range of 7.84 m, 10.60 m and 9.20 m. The two pillars are 4.40 m wide.The entire masonry of bridge consists of red sandstone in the area.
