<br>A part over the Moselle river consists of a steel hollow box construction, another part of the Canal consists of a stone arch construction<br><BR>On November 11, 1858 was as a second bridge over the Moselle river (in the area of Koblenz) the "Moselle railway bridge" (historical map v. 1888), later simply called "Railroad bridge" (historical map v. 1905), inaugurated, whose name still exists. In the "directory of the Mosel bridge" "water and shipping Office in Koblenz and trier" (stand: September 2006) this bridge is known as "Railway bridge, Koblenz-Lützel". Rebuilt in 1918, blown up in March 1945, 1975 completely rebuilt
