The bridge transferred the Berlin tram line 147 to the former Henschel Flugzeugwerke in Schönefeld (now part of the Berlin-Schönefeld airport). (see also article of the Berlin traffic leaves in the issue 8/1990)<br>These were then in the course of expanding the street Hans-grade-Allee
 torn down. According to information provided by Axel Schmidt, the bridge was not the most
 Supply lines "in the way", but Street itself.<br><bR>The bridge abutments were then decades in the countryside. Before there was the BAR (outer ring), which led closer to the airport it was the cooking (good outer ring) which was slightly densely at Berlin's borders. EVEN the old - track led by Bohnsdorf via Schönefeld, large Ziehten and Lichtenrade to Lani, where it took the Anhalt railway. Here was the Mittenwald railway near this bridge in the Bohnsdorfer part of the even included the Berlin integrated part remained Mittenwald railway to Rudow in West Berlin and depended for trips outside.<br><br>The bridge piers were demolished in June 2011.
