<br>The eastern section of Wriezen to Königsberg (Neumark) was opened on December 20, 1892, for the transport.<br><br>The track on this German rest section in the Oderbruch was dismantled after 1945 as war reparations. In the course of rebuilding the bridge, it was rebuilt around 1955. in 1957, the passenger traffic between Wriezen and Neurüdnitz - the last station before the bridge - was resumed. Here, the route in two sections remained divided. Passengers from Berlin had to change to Wriezen.<br><br>The line was used for freight until 1965. the last passenger trains ran here in 1982. The line continued to be ready for military purposes. Before the bridge, the tracks were used to 1990 for the storage of goods wagons.<br><br>2000 The track removal was carried out on this section, a paved bike path was created in 2005.
