Information provided by Wolfgang Fath:
Drive-through height = 1.30 m
Through width = 11,50 m
Some years ago, this swing bridge was blocked for several years and rebuilt. The today most striking difference with the previous bridge is the lack of the two-sided walkways.

Only one, still hand-operated movable bridge in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
It is a zweischenklige swing bridge. On the road, a t-shaped bar is used in the middle of the bridge, at the pivot point, which is filmed by two workers.

on the last weekend (06.09.2009) a bridge Festival held in Loitz with artists. Probably as a farewell event for this swing bridge over the Peene River, with Herbst (?) Rotation of the bridge. The bridge is to be demolished soon.
