Wikipedia: The Beuron Danube bridge is a 73 metre-long covered wooden bridge and leads at Beuron across the Danube. It was taken in the year 1801 in operation and served the entire traffic until 1975. After the construction of a reinforced concrete bridge, approximately 100 meters donauabwärts, she was expendable, 1976 fully restored for the traffic, and moved back to its original state. 2005 was it renovated and is today only for pedestrians and cyclists.[10] On a map, a facility to the "Opinion evidence of the pen Beuronischen Imperial immediacy" of September 15, 1787, it is important to recognise that a covered wooden bridge existed already in the 18th century.
