Near the present-day town hall bridge the mill bars for public transport were built at the end of the 14th century (1510 - Molle stegen; 1587 - mill bars; 1870 - mill bars), two mills were at their ends.<br><br>One was called the Rappen, later truths and most recently as a result of a new building also art mill and was on sale a few. The other was behind the Benediktikirche and was called Abbey mill or mill on the Mühlhofe, owner of both Mills was the Marie pen ursrpünglich. in 1895, a fixed road was built instead of the mill webs, which is since then called Town Hall bridge.<br>In December 2010 was the design for a new building of the bridge decided by the City Council.
