The photos from November 19, 2016, show the preparations for the bridge's final position. On November 20, 2016, the old two-span bridge in the long-distance track area is being cut out, and the new bridge described here will reach its final location, but only for long-distance traffic. Some of the photos from November 20, 2016, were taken in the morning, and the arrival at the final position will be photographed in the afternoon. Both sets of photos will be posted here together.

On July 6, 2017, a second bridge structure was discovered on the south side of the railway line, photographed, and posted here. This structure is intended to replace the temporary bridge still existing on the north side. This will require significant closures of both local and long-distance rail lines, as this new structure will have to be transported across the long-distance railway line while simultaneously removing the remains of the two field bridges used by local traffic on the north side. The photos of the preparations for this planned maneuver, particularly those showing the new bridge in its waiting position, illustrate the current state of the construction site. This final reconstruction is scheduled for September 2017. The construction site will now be changed to operational status, as it is already in use for long-distance traffic. Helmut Fischer Visit to the bridge on September 1, 2017: All train services between Berlin Köpenick and Erkner have been suspended and are being replaced by bus services. Two cranes are located at the bridge site, which facilitate the transfer of the overpass stored in the south. will be carried out. Around noon, the north superstructure was found positioned above the south superstructure, and the photos from that day were taken in this position. All pictures from September 1, 2017, show this interim state with the north superstructure parked on the south superstructure until the bearings for the final state are prepared. Helmut Fischer Visit to the bridge on September 3, 2017 Twenty pictures were taken showing the final phase of the completed bridge. The bridge is now fully completed for local transport thanks to the final superstructure. The images show it photographed from the north, behind the small cable bridge BAS 76066 in the foreground, and it is only visible from this vantage point in a narrow view. The S-Bahn (suburban train) is scheduled to resume service across the bridge on September 4, 2017, and the aerial views show the track construction work underway. Further images show the bridge again, this time from the south. The scaffolding on which the northern superstructure stood for a few months is also visible here. From underneath, you can now see that the new superstructure for the S-Bahn (suburban railway) is lower than the superstructure for long-distance trains. I think these lines should explain the situation without needing to describe each one individually. Helmut Fischer on September 3, 2017
