The bridge is already open to traffic. The structure is currently being externally insulated before construction begins on the outer section, which will eventually be dammed. Traffic can then begin using the bridge. Despite its partial completion, I am recording the bridge as open in this document.
This bridge is a new construction according to BAS 38938.
